General Rules

Registration fee is Rs. 2,500/- per team for I-RIX 2025 events. Gaming registration will be separate.

Event will be held in offline Mode at Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts and Science Autonomous on 17th and 18th January 2025 from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Registration for I-RIX 2025 begins at 8.00 a.m on both days.

Early Bird Points - Valid Only on 17th January 2025 (1st Day of the Event): 1st Earliest Team to Register: 100 points, 2nd Earliest Team to Register: 50 points.

Event will be held in offline Mode at Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts and Science Autonomous on 17th and 18th January 2025 from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

We are open to registration of one or more teams per college. A team of up to 15 students can be formed by combining participants from the same college enrolled in MSc, MCA, BCA, BSc (CS), BVoc, and other engineering programs. Participation in gaming events is not counted as part of the main team.

It is mandatory to present a deputation letter along with valid College ID Cards at the registration desk to participate in I-RIX 2025 events.

Team names will be assigned at the Registration Desk and must be used consistently throughout the entire event.

It is recommended to form a team with different participants for each event to prevent scheduling conflicts if the same participant is involved in multiple events happening simultaneously.

All submissions and ideas presented during the event must be original. Plagiarism in any form will result in disqualification.

Any additional details regarding individual events will be shared via the email ID of the Team Leader.

The organizing committee is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

Participants are allowed to use their own laptops and devices unless stated otherwise. Internet access (if required) will be provided, but participants are advised to have backup resources.

The Gaming event is open to all, however no points earned during the gaming event will be considered in the overall I-RIX scoring.

Participants must strictly adhere to the event schedule and report to their respective venues at least 10-15 minutes prior to the event time informed and comply with event specific rules and guidelines for each event, including any last-minute changes to the schedule or venue. Failure to do so will lead to disqualification.

Misconduct, rule violations, offensive language, or failure to comply may result in immediate disqualification. The decisions of the organizers and judges are final and binding, with no disputes regarding results entertained.

Organizers reserve the right to modify rules or schedules as deemed necessary.Participants will be informed of any changes in advance.
